Business Change Manager
  
About the Role:
Our Federal Government client is seeking a Business Change Manager for a long term contract in Canberra’s Russell Offices, to bridge the gap between programs offered and business operations, outlining all program advantages in addition to assessing progress and achieving measurable improvements in business operations.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Program reporting requirements and provide advice and direction to Program staff.
  • Identify projects that will achieving outcome and track and define those outcomes.
  • Work with the program manager to ensure the scope of projects will lead to operational benefits.
  • Maximise improvements in all business operations, even after program completion.
  • Create the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured.
  • Prepare relevant business areas for transition to new ways of working.

  
What you bring to the table:

  • NV1 Security Clearance is essential
  • Demonstrated experience working within a Defence program or project.
  • Marketing and communication skills to sell the program vision to staff at all levels.
  • Management and business change techniques such as business process modelling and re-engineering.
  • Detailed knowledge of business environments and direct business experience.
  • Experience in the use of a project scheduling tool highly desirable.
