Her conviction that this can, and should be, a cornerstone of recruitment, led to the founding of Montagu Group. Having worked across global markets, including Australia, Ireland and South Africa, she brings a unique understanding of talent challenges faced by organisations and is driven to develop true partnerships with leadership teams and candidates to create innovative and practical solutions.
